Scope and current configuration
VenusZen is a general-interest lifestyle magazine. The current website has no reader accounts, database, checkout, newsletter, or public contact form. It currently publishes one separately labeled affiliate advertorial with an outbound commercial link. The site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, social-media pixels, tag-manager advertising containers, conversion APIs, remarketing tools, or third-party publisher advertising. Analytics, advertising measurement, and personalized advertising are inactive.
VenusZen may plan or buy incoming advertising placements from Google, Meta, Taboola, or other traffic providers. Buying traffic differs from installing that provider's tag or conversion API on VenusZen, creating a remarketing audience, or showing publisher ads on the site. This policy does not say that a campaign is running now. The inactive tools listed above do not send visitor data back to those services. The active affiliate advertorial does not add a visitor identifier, click ID, pixel, conversion event, postback, or source-side redirect.
Information connected with a visit
When a browser or network requests a page or file, hosting, delivery, DNS, security, and related infrastructure may process the technical request information needed to provide and protect the site. Depending on the service configuration, that information may include an IP address, browser or device information, the requested page, file, URL, or query information, date and time, referring address, and security or error-log information. A requested page or URL can reveal interest in health or sexual-health content even though VenusZen has no health form or account. Manus and Cloudflare process this technical information to host, deliver, route, secure, support, and troubleshoot the website and domain services.
Article search filters content locally in the browser. A page address with a query such as ?q= can still be processed during server-side rendering and may appear in ordinary infrastructure request logs. Do not put sensitive information in a search query or URL. This release uses self-hosted fonts, so browsers do not load fonts from an external provider.
Browser storage and privacy choices
When you save a story, the reading list is stored in your browser under the localStorage key venuszen-reading-list. It lets you save and remove stories. It is not an account and does not sync to a VenusZen server. It can stay on your device until you remove saved stories, clear site data, change browser settings, or use a browser mode that does not retain it.
The Privacy Choices control stores a versioned preference record locally under venuszen-privacy-choices for up to 180 days. It records your choices for analytics, advertising measurement, personalized advertising, and the site's Do Not Sell or Share setting. No optional tracking vendors are active now. A saved choice does not give consent to an unnamed vendor. The separately labeled affiliate advertorial is excluded from optional analytics, advertising measurement, personalized advertising, click tracking, and conversion technology.
VenusZen treats an available Global Privacy Control signal and browser Do Not Track signal as a more-protective, site-wide preference against optional marketing, targeted advertising, and related optional processing. These signals do not permit optional processing and cannot control another website after you leave VenusZen. You can revisit or clear choices at Privacy choices.
How information may be used
We may use technical information to deliver pages, keep the service available and secure, investigate abuse or faults, and troubleshoot infrastructure. Browser-local reading-list storage gives you the feature you request when you save a story. Privacy-choice storage records your current site preference and is not used to create an interest profile.
If you contact us by email or mail, we use what you send to read, assess, verify when appropriate, respond to, and document the matter. Do not send more personal information than reasonably necessary. We do not use site logs, browser storage, or the affiliate link to create health-interest profiles or sell or share consumer health information. VenusZen does not independently provide health care, a health assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. Because those technologies are inactive, VenusZen does not send medical, symptom, treatment, diagnosis, reproductive or sexual-health, mental-health, or similar sensitive page context to advertising pixels, conversion APIs, or audience tools.
Where European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection law applies, necessary technical processing may rely on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and making the website available, balanced against individual rights. We may also process information to respond to a request or comply with a legal obligation. If VenusZen considers optional technology for a different page, the legal basis will depend on the actual processing and circumstances. The separately labeled affiliate advertorial stays excluded from optional tracking.
Recipients, retention, and security
Manus and Cloudflare may process technical request information as infrastructure services that host, deliver, secure, support, or route the website and domain services. Email or postal correspondence may involve the relevant email-delivery, routing, or postal service. VenusZen does not provide technical request information to advertising, analytics, conversion, or publisher-ad recipients because no optional services of that kind are active. A provider's own terms and privacy notice may govern its service operations.
How long information is kept depends on the information and its purpose. Infrastructure records may be kept under the relevant service's operational and security settings. VenusZen does not publish a fixed period because actual service settings may vary. We may retain correspondence as reasonably needed to address the matter, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Browser-local reading-list and privacy-choice records remain until browser data is removed or the privacy-choice record expires.
No internet transmission, browser storage, or system is fully secure. Take care when deciding what to send us. This policy does not claim a particular security audit, certification, transfer safeguard, or retention schedule that has not been established for the relevant processing.
Children, requests, and changes
VenusZen is a general-audience magazine. It is not directed to children under 13. The current site has no accounts, forms, newsletter, or checkout through which it seeks personal information from children. A parent or guardian with a concern may contact info@venuszen.com.
Privacy rights and remedies vary by location, applicable law, and the processing involved. To make a request, email info@venuszen.com or write to Privacy Requests, VENUS ZEN / LAZY MAN'S PATH TO WEALTH, LLC, 386 N 1085 E, Lindon, UT 84042, USA. See Privacy rights for the request process, authorized-agent information, review options, and regulator resources.
We may update this policy when the site, its practices, providers, or legal requirements change. Any optional analytics, advertising, measurement, or marketing provider considered for another VenusZen page would require an updated notice and fresh choices before use. The separately labeled affiliate advertorial stays excluded from optional tracking. The displayed date identifies the version in use.
